Time to move this one along, I got a grail bike! Not perfect, but a fine example from the era, and mostly correct:

I think also, but why is the stem/bar combo tooooooo yellow.
Leave the wheels and it will sav 60 for parts and 60 for shipping....even better.

Thanks guys, I always worry I'm asking too much.

Yeah, but at least it's orange/yellow, and not the color of the wall behind it! :D The stem is yellow because I was originally going with a dirt-drop build and the bars were getting black tape. I didn't mind the look, especially with the black fork, so I went with it.

Agreed :)

and welcome back Rob 8)

Thanks :)
but I'm not back; just passing through

Yes, the stem is funky, not just in color, though it seem practical. But that's easily changed if the buyer wants, and it's still a reasonable to good price.

I like the pale yellow of the house 8)

I thought the same, the bottle bosses, the length vs. rise, and the cable stop is the clamp bolt, way out there on the end-it made the cable routing pretty odd. It makes for a more upright riding position and helps if you have long arm or just like to ride smaller frames.

I think the house color is actually close to the yellow Fat used on a lot of these early bikes-that must be why you like it Rob 8)
