check out that shoulder pad...is it bolted/riveted to the frame?

I think sometimes there is a fine line between "enthusiast" and someone taking advantage of someone else.
I am not an angel by any means. I will say that I did call the guy at first because I was interested and it seemed a low price but after talking with the fellow for 20-30min I just felt compelled to tell him he may get more.
There was a fellow that bought a Commando Ritchey last month for $75 in Wa. He knew what it was worth when he bought it but did he tell the guy? No. And everyone on VRC thought he was a hero for getting such a great deal. Was he a "enthusiast" or just someone taking advantage of a situation? I would say both.
I knew that I would get some type of flack for doing what I did but sometimes you just have to say "F#@K IT.
