1983 JMC Shadow

I need a clearout of the vintage bikes we have hoarded over the years for new projects. This is a 1983 JMX Shadow powdercoated in candy red. The fork dropouts are damaged as in pics.

should have jmc stamped on the back of top tube ? and are the forks crimped at the top right ? oherwise would build into a fine riding bike
