23" (centre of BB to top of set tube) Cougar reynolds 531 Professional frame and forks by Terry Dolan. This has Campagnolo dropouts all round, with chromed forks and quite a bit of the rear triangle.
This is super light and in good condition. There are a couple of marks from it's previous life and a couple of very small dents which are hard to photograph. Paint, chrome and decals are not 100%, but are in very good order. Threads are all good. Shimano RX100 shifters are also included.
