Refurbished by Mario Vaz. Top tube virtual 21" ctc and seat tube 22" ctt and usual 50s OLN of circa 95/105mm
Norman Pile was a shop in Exeter and according to an old employee these frames were built by Les Ephgrave - certainly nicely built but no proof to be had - I do have a full set of decals that will give away should you want to put them on and give it some identity. Comes also with a lovely rear rack, painted in a matching baby blue.
Pictured here with 700c wheels, these would require longish calipers, 65mm I think will do - I still have the original large flange Airlite hubs that were on the bike in excellent condition for sale separately if wanted.
