1930's Raleigh sports model FS.

Completely original Gentlemans Raleigh Sports model racing bicycle. c.1930's and with a 21" frame with original enamel and transfers, 3 speed sturmey archer gears in 26" endrick rims (rear worn), steel raleigh mudgaurds (with raleigh transfer on the rear),Lauterwasser style handle barswith old John Bull grips. Correct mattress saddle in great condition, period saddle bag, bell and pump. Wonderful original guarantee tag/plate mounted behind the front fork crown with the frame number on it. (# 542700)

A beautiful little bicycle from the pre-war era

Bought from The Old Bicycle Company a few years ago for £450 Dry stored since.

Not normally my thing, something so old, but that is very nice.
A classy bike with patina,surely a nice town cruiser or a brave eroica ride for someone

its great - tbh the photography is too good and obviously the closeups show every imperfection. however I wanted to show its originality. its a very straight original bike - would be great for things like the tweed run

had the wheels trued and everything is working just fine.

I'm in no rush to sell and should make money on her (one day when I'm old and grey)

I could be temped with a trade
