14" centre to centre, 16"centre to top. length of top tube is 20" or 21.5" centre to centre

Its a 1995-6. v-brake only.

As photos, this is a very clean frame, no rust
Only a tiny bit of cable rub and some small marks here and there, was a NOS frame i have done about 100miles on it. fits 60mm sus or sus corrected forks. very light whippy frame.

but the quality is as good as parkpres / marins etc of same era, tube material and surface finish.
