I won't spoil this for you, only to say I saw this at the cinema last night.

It has a mountain bike in it, some awesome adveture sports sequences and is well worth £8 or what ever it is to get into the flicks these days.

I loved it and feel inspired to make more of my life.

Danny Boyle's film making turns a good tale into a great film. :D

I read the book a couple of years ago and the guy came across as a bit of an arse.

Hows he portrayed in the film?

good film 8)

in the film i guess hes normal, kind of confident though
but then it only really focuses on a small part of his story/life i suppose

As a bit of an arse who realised what an arse he has been... Which is okay in my book.

Yeah...

I finished the book thinking that what happened to him was kind of inevitable given his reckless atittude to life (I sound like my father).

Shame he had to lose a hand to learn his lesson... Shari'ah law, mother nature style.

A good watch and TBH compared to most of the s**t that people pay to see was way, way better.
