1" steer tube for manitou 1 forks

I'm currently building up an old kona which has a 1" steer tube. I already have a set of project twos for it, but have seen a few manitou 1 forks around but all come with 1 1/8" steer tubes. Does anyone have a 1" steer tube, I guess they can just be swapped over?
