1" LONG steerer suspension forks

Stanchions look ok
220mm steerer (ahead)
Diacompe Headset and spacers included - including 1 1/8" > 1" shim for the stem
Adjusters turn....
Forks move through the travel, though not exactly smoothly. Definitely need a service, as does the headset.
~440mm axle to crown

Yes. Although it was dark, I think I could see a shim in the crown to take it to 1 1/8"
