1" Carbon Aero forks with Ali steerer, light scuffing to top coat but nothing major £30 + delivery, to the UK

The steerer is 19cm long, ahead with star nut fitted, these are manufactured by Mic. there is a sticker on the steerer tube, the USE stickers would come off if you want, but are genuine 90s editions.

Open to swaps, and I am looking for for a nice pair of down tube shifters, and a mtb tripple chainset, (and from the pictures a new pair of slippers)

Does the sticker say what the fork rake is? I'd be interested if it's 38mm.
