1 1/8 steerer tube 250mm for triple forks

I am looking for steerer tube for triple forks.

Anything over 250mm?

Which forks is it for as you'd more than probably need the lower crown with steerer attached.
Other than that, is it a bolt on steerer or press in steerer?

Moto Fr Cannodale forks

It is tapered at the bottom for the lower cup.

Bolted on with upper and lower brackets.
