Nos, but missing the top sealed bearing.

Great condition. Bearings are very good, needs grease. Complete with top cap and bolt, even the plastic seal often missing or broken.
Chris King Sotto Voce lower cup. £20.
Cup is mint. Bearings feel ok but a little notchy when you put pressure on them.
