Re:
Hi
Sorry but no. Starting to think I might just stay with the ones that came with the frame.Bought an airborne spectre on e bay and when it arrived realised the fork was not a road fork but probably a gravel road type kinesis.Taller than the original would have been. The spectre was a tt bike from early 2000.However having built it with odd bits from the shed and experimented a fair bit with it I have now got the job sorted. It now rides quite well and the steering is reasonable. Must admit as I am no longer 20 or even 60 the higher front end is not a bad thing.I think this is the reason the seller bought a longer fork in the first place.Thank you again for making contact.I will close the posting down whilst I get it properly built . Will then see if it rides as well as the experiments promised
Regards
Peter
