1 1/2" quill stem reqruired for SBike Daytona

My original stem for my Sbike Daytona has split and I need to replace it with something like a 90's Syncros quill stem 1 12" with a 31.6mm clamp for my original sbike flat bars.

Does anyone know where i can buy something of this spec?
Does not have to be syncros brand.

Also any other 90's xt parts. Any help appreciated.

if you mean 1 1/4 inch then I have a mondolo stem and oversized bar combo that you can have for postage- needs stripped and painted but is a nice bit of kit.
