In my neck of the woods, senditnow (Parcel Farce) sub it out to a local courier company. We always get the same guy, and regardless of the time slot I specify he always pops in just after my wife has done the school run He has said though that if she was out that he is contracted to return at the specified time, its just my village falls early on his first run of the day.
