It may be of interest to know that exactly the same stem (from the same manufacturer) was also sold under the brand name Avenir. The only difference is the decals. Hope this helps.

I feel for you! MA40's are the worst rims I have ever owned for installing/removing tyres. You are going to have to manipulate the tyres around the rim to a single point i.e. to give you as much slack as possible. Toe clips wrapped tightly around the rim/tyre at different points can help with...

Just so you know, these are SR Sakae toe clips with Offroad branding on them. They were also available with white SAKAE logos on the front. This may help with your search.
