Brakes! Who needs em!!?? The idea is you carve it to brush speed off and then shout S##T as you hit the wall! I took the axles and bearings out of the pedals and used threaded bar straight through the bb shell and repair washers and nuts to fix.

I just used what I had, the blocks are made from some decent plywood sandwiched together and glued and screwed, the skis are drilled and countersunk and screwed on to the blocks, the axles are m10 threaded bar with nuts and washers as fixings, the bungees are there to keep the front of the ski's...

This GT Tequesta frame has been hanging around in the garage for a couple of years but the seatpost is seazed solid so having seen a video on youtube i decided to have a go at building a ski bike! Some old skis of fleabay and a couple of evenings later and here we are, can't wait for some...
