    Work bikes

Current state of my "bike to work bike", 1991 Shogun Prairie braker Expert, converted to 1x10speed, Sensah RX10 rear derailleur, 11-42 cassette, btwin handlebar, cheapest frontrack i've found, H&M Home basket, Maxxis 2.3" DTHs and SKS 65mm mudguards.

    26" full length mudguards

SKS Bluemels 65mm on Maxxis DTH 26x2.3", easy to setup and effective, I only had to apply an extension on the front mudguard to prevent the water ending on the BB zone and my feet.

What’s the one bike you really want but cant find, etc

Indeed....honestly i'll never pay 900€ for a 26" mtb, i lean more towards something like this

Has it the bended chainstays? The size would be good even though i think that ship it from Canada to Italy would be too expensive.

Univega Alpina, impossible to find one in Italy, I guess one day I'll have to pop over to Germany and bring one home.

Which retro mtb suited for bikepacking

Univegas looks super cool with their bended chainstays! Based on my experience i could recommend either the 9xx Trek line or the Shogun Prairie Breaker. My 1995 Trek 930 is a really nice bike, light and fun but i'd probably use the Shogun for bikepacking since it has a bigger frame and I'd be...
