Like this colour, sorta Irish green. Don’t know this brand, stats are pretty. You could probably take off crankset to see whether bb is French or Italian size.

This frame is exactly the same build as mine, only decals were ruined with time, but in the same places as this. The Alu pro sticker leaved visible traces on the top tube. I have original decals, so considering use them on restoration.

Could be 26.6 or 26.4, not sone odd numbers. They were built on Ishiwata around late eighties, here seems to be more or less conventional cromoly made, or you could try to find suntour groupset specs to that date, maybe it's a kit seatpost.

Kalloy made one of this, very light 26.6. cause I have been using on my Marin Team. Broke the frame in accident last year.
