The Explosif is in very good nick for it's age....a few cable rub marks on the paint and very very mild pitting on the yellow of splatter effect...hard to describe without seeing it but it's very minor and doesn't detract from a lovely paintjob. Comes fully equipped with Deore groupset / XT 2...

Thanks, originally it was in "ivory" paint with 600ex groupset. I had it resprayed in '88 and had the front changer brazed on at the same time. Lots of history on this, got my 2nd cat on this, taken it up and down all the Tour climbs, though not on the block shown in the photo !!

What budget do you have for say 600 ex/ultegra freehubs with wolber tx profile or mavic E2's?

Thank you very much, I have owned this AB Champion Mondial from new, it confirms its a 1985 model originally in ivory, with the full 600ex groupset, it was repainted and had a front changer lug added during 1988. It has been lofted for 5 years, now I plan to clean it up, and post some pictures...

could you measure the seat tube from bb to top of seat tube? I really want this to be an 18" frame :shock: Fingers crossed.....

Post would be £12.50 max, no sprockets included as these hubs will take 6 or 7 speed cassettes. If you buy the wheels i' ll include a cassette to suit your requirement , how's that??
