    As an owner of a ‘95 Sea and Sky Attitude, you should know that the head tubes are much bigger than 1 1/8”. It looks like he’s got a color matched version of the Judy SL that was the alternate fork choice for that year and the Judy was definitely not “cheapo” at the time. 😉

    I don’t think the Trek era Pulses had internal cable guides. My guess would be a ‘97-‘98 Attitude which had the pinched head tubes IIRC.

    It’s a 19” small. The extra small has a small tube near the seat tube/top tube junction to route the rear brake wire.

    Unfortunately you can’t - at least without modification. You can use the same Klein fork on 18” and 19” frames but the other sizes have their own proprietary forks.

    The colors and Klein logos on your bike didn’t appear until 1994 and later. The serial number and other details of your bike indicate it’s a ‘91 or ‘92 so it had to be repainted at some point. It could have been repainted at the Klein factory as part of a warranty claim.
