I have installed a set of Nitto bullmoose bars on my mountain bike. They are 22.2mm diameter, but I can't seem to find a suitable clamped cable stop to attach. There's no room to add the a cable stop into the headset, hence why I'm going down the stem clamp route. Does anyone know where I might...
