I just need help with the type and year of this Dyno. I have a general idea that it's late '80s early '90s but I'm just not sure. I haven't seen the bike in person but I'm considering buying it to restore it as my first restoration.

I am needing the year and type of this dyno I'm considering buying and restoring it for my first time any help would be much appreciated
