Picked this one up today it's been resprayed no no visible makers marks to work from doesn't look old school more a mid school bike all any help welcome to identify what it may be looks like a bits a bike tbh made up from other parts

Recently brought from eBay covers in rust seamed a shame to see it sat that way being one of the last American built GTS built still a bit to go don't want it to shiny as want to use it not hang it on my wallbrake cable grips and chain on there way not long to complete
