Finally finished it! I had to go 1x with a nw ring as fo some reason both my front mech’s wouldn’t fit! Maybe the powder coat was too thick. I’m happy with how it’s turned out and I have decided to sell it to make way for my next project.

Just one of the nearest powder coating places to me he quoted £35 and just said £30! I’m working on making a good connection by bribing him with pies from my work haha. Yeah some places charge a lot! I made sure the bits that didn’t need paint on were coverd and it came out well :)

I had a b-17 for years when I was younger great fun bikes! Mine had those crappy rst high5’s. What replaced yours?

I had it blasted and powder coated which only cost £30!

Finally sorted pictures! This is the mount vision which I started out with (will become a project) I took the xt bits off this one. Here is pictures of how the wildcat trail looks now. Then some decals have been added

Re: Not sure if you got sorted or not? But you need two washers in between the frame and bearings when swing arm is installed. I currently have a mount vision in parts and can measure these if you still need them?
