They do look titanium and they have holes for mounting a particular type of bar end like those used by U.S.E. The only brand I know of with these features I think was Zero Gravity - one of half a dozen Brit’ companies who made parts from ‘commercially-pure’ Ti.

Looking at the eBay advert I’m sure that’s correct, and the axle spacing confirms it. I didn’t expect Victory to be as nicely finished! They seem pretty much identical to the Centaur’s, I wonder if there’s any difference? (other than Centaur’s QR rubber)
