Re: I've measured it and it's never a 56cm. Seat tube is 53cm ctc, top tube 55cm ctc.

Re: 56 was taken from the frame code. I've not actually measured it. I'm 5'10 and average proportions and whilst the saddles the correct height in the photo, the front end was way too low. Can get measurements later. Although not with the saddle unfortunately as it's now in bits.

Re: OK, so it's 14" centre to centre of top tube, 16" centre to top. Oval tubing. To give you an idea. The saddle was set to my height and I'm 5'10 which was always a bit bum in the air. The photo below is with the saddle dropped 4" - I reckon its about perfect.

Re: Will double check the downtube, but from memory it's oval. Most of the groupset is original from what I can tell. DX with XT rear mech. Just had new bb, brake pads, chain, cassette, and cables. Wheels are DX hubs on Araya RM17 rims. Had to find new forks and stem, which are 92 model year...

Ideally looking for triple butted P2s, but aware they're rare as hens teeth. To fit a 16" Explosif, so shortish steerer tubes are acceptable. Wotcha got?

200mm steerer tube - IS mount and post mount adapter for 160mm disc. A few knicks from the paint, but generally excellent condition - super smooth, unmarked stanchions and no leaks. I think they're the 110-140mm travel adjust version, but not 100% on that. Currently running at 120mm travel. QR...

Re: Got what appears to be a slightly bent USE shocker post and shim that no longer bounces. You can have it for postage and the cost of a large packet of Tyrells salt and vinegar crisps.
