Hi Dirt, Thanks for your feedback, yes the spring set up against the bike frame and up against the rear fork at the bottom. as per the link do you know which of the elastomer I shall get as they have a lot of different one? Sorry to look so novice but thanks for helping around.

Ok, I have just open it completely and from what I am seeing the suspension travel is only working with the spring and it seems that my spring is way too hard.. do you know a place where I can buy another spring like your yellow one?

Do you by anychance have a picture of the part? Also can you let me know how you disassemble this part form the bike? I have tried to take the 2 bottom screw form the forks and pull the fork down with no success is there another screw? or I shall pull harder?
