What are the clearances like?

On the off chance that anyone has one they'd part with, I'm after a large (60cm) steel frame, with plenty of clearance and a 1 1/8" headtube. If you've got anything you think might fit the bill please let me know!

The bike was imported from Holland a few years ago by a family friend, and as far as I'm aware is pre 1970 (Cyrus went bust in 1972) sadly not entirely original, a sturmey archer 3 speed has been replace as is stamped as "97" and the saddle is from a mongoose mountains bike (not my doing). 23"...
