Re: Got the bar/stem combo off the bike and given it a quick wipe over and check, the reach is 135mm and the quill is stamped 28.6mm which is correct for fitting inside a 1 1/4" fork. It's fitted with a green elastomer and still compresses fine although the travel is obviously limited...
