Wanted - Cane Creek ergo Control 2 grips

Just as my body is starting to really creak, my favourite bar ends are discontinued. Succumbed to the ranks of the unfashionable I guess. I'm looking for Cane Creek Ergo Control 2 (bar end type).

    Cannondale Pepperoni Forks - 1 1/4" steerer

The steerer is 14cm measured from the crown race. To confirm, they are for a 26" wheel with v brakes. Came off a Killer V circa 1993. Just to let you know, I'm off on hols from saturday morning (don't want to suddenly disappear off the radar ...)

    Cannondale Pepperoni Forks - 1 1/4" steerer

Re: 1 1/4" Pepperonis - did you get hold of any? I have some, have been meaning to re-home them. If interested, please confirm minimum steerer length as they have come off a small frame (threaded headset set up). Excellent condition, I replaced them with shox years ago. I also have a...

    Cannondale aluminium frame corrosion

Re: Any tips gratefully received, I have another Killer V I don't want to go the same way. I'll be out there with the spray can! I may also get into the habit of removing the seat post when it's idle to let any moisture out. I did not really use the dead bike much in mucky winter conditions...

    Cannondale aluminium frame corrosion

I've found a fair amount of discussion on this topic, but most of it seems to be theoretical. Thought you'd be interested to see this. I'm interested to hear your thoughts. A lot of comment is of the opinion that aluminium is doesn't corrode; that's what I thought! I've loved my Cannondale...

    1993 Cannondale Delta V 1500

You are a bad influence! Saw one (that is, another one) my size on ebay, and just had to have it; won it yesterday! Totally surplus to requirements....

    1993 Cannondale Delta V 1500

Good plan! It's really worth keeping a frame of this quality on the road. Many modern bike shops (the ones who know their stuff) will tell you that it is a quality you can't get nowadays. There's a lot of gear on ebay at a decent price, especially in the dark winter months. Beware (I found...

    1993 Cannondale Delta V 1500

You have yourself a classic, well done. I have ridden my Killer V for 18 years (touring mainly, but I need something that is fine when the road turns to track) and it is fast, light and bombproof. I am tiny (5'0") and mine sold at the time as a 14" frame - in my humble opinion (I'm happy to be...

    Cannondale Killer V help

Re: The bike is back!! Reunited with my beloved friend. I contacted (intake of breath) other bike shops, the neighbouring ladies hairdresser (generally a nosey bunch, good place to go for gossip, the same landlord), the local newspaper (they were great), the police, who were helpful but...

    Cannondale Killer V help

PLEASE HELP ME. I have loved my Killer V for 18 years and travelled widely with it, maybe 30,000 miles all over the world. Have been rebuilding it this summer with high spec components (Royce hubs etc), test rode it in France for 2 weeks, then (big fanfare) took it to the Bike Shop to...
