Yes cleaned up quite nice , the removed Shimano Bb wasnt that bad on removal looks as if some one just screwed a new bb in ,without removing the previous detritus ... it fell out basically .. i was expecting to have to use an extension bar to remove it ...

Bb shell inspection , well glad the bottom bracket came out quite easy .. but i dont think ive ever come across such a mess before ....

Thank you , in that case i might flush out the bushing with gt85 and reassemble ... Till i gain the confidence to give it a crack ... Back to polishing the seat post ..

Just picked up an old tired Specialized Comp Ground Control frame Basically as a winter hack . So it arrived today and ive started cleaning it up .. All the pivot bolts were over tightened so no movement in the linkages .. Ive removed the main bolt from the Bb pivot point , and have some wiggle...
