Well, that’s not going to work, it’s a 58 :( It’s a Classic model, must be c.1990, with the fully chromed fork, one of the Columbus flavoured tubing. It’s ratty but appears sound and it’s on the restore and build up list (which has gotten a little out of had) so was thinking £40 or thereabouts...

Might have exactly this, just going to check the size and grab a picture for you. Will be very cheap as well :)

When you say ‘they’ (didn’t manufacture with internal routing) do you mean the brand you think this was made for? Top tube routing was a thing as far back as the 1950’s :)

Pondering getting a bit more organised with things that chase, face, ream and etc. steel-based bicycle tubes If anyone’s looking to move used tools of this nature on (ideally not ParkToolPricing ones) do let me know :)

The fork fixing is for bolting a bracket that’d hold your front light on :)

This part of the mech seems completely ok as well…
