The likely hood of any of any you guys taking "top tunes" is fairly slim (gazz gets a slight reprieve by virtue of his Neil Young fetish).

It was surprisingly smooth over roots and the like, even with the 41mm cross tires. Not entirely sure why but could be some of that much touted 29er thing of the bigger wheels taking the bumps better. Oddly the whole ride seemed somehow less jarring than the rigid Inbred. :? I did find that I...

Hmmm...according to the late great Sheldon Brown's gear calculator the fixie has 69.7 gear inches as opposed to the bred's 51.9. Looks like I'm gonna be a walkin' up them thar hills. :lol:

Paint job somehow makes that look a little...dare I say it....cheap! I think gazz's DIY effort somehow looks ok on the cheap and cheerful Inbred but that makes a lovely bike with top drawer kit look naff. Not 8). Do not want.
