    Brazed 1" Stem - Syncros?

excellent ! I suppose the question is... take it off and put it on a brazed Canadian bike or leave it on the American bike... not sure either option is a bad one I am not sure there is too much that you would want to see at my place haha, you probably have multiples of everything I would have...

    Brazed 1" Stem - Syncros?

Had another look at this stem with a good friend the other night and got to thinking what it may be. This is on a bike that I bought from an early Syncros Factory employee. He told me the headset was a prototype but did not elaborate at all on the stem. Thoughts?

    Ritchey ID

Hi all, I picked this bike up for the Fork (bad CL add) and found out right away it was a Ritchey. It is a complete missmash of parts. XTR V's, Race Face Headset, Synrcros Post (& stem that is not attached but was original), XTR FD, Junk RD, originally came with edco hubs (original rims...

Is it best to keep your quality parts or give them away for

Re: Is it best just to keep your nice parts or give them awa Wow, this is starting to sound like a MTBR thread My opinion - List with a proper title and fully describe the parts on the wheel - someone hit it on the head, think like a buyer and use a title that will catch as many hits as you...

What retro part have you accidentally hoarded?

i may have an issue with phil hubs and some suntour stuff (lots of other suntour stuff kicking around not in this photo) ... maybe I'll stop embarrassing myself and stop posting the random boxes of hoarding... although maybe these pics don't count as hoarding

Full suspension retro-bikes - are they worth it.

a few for sure - I think someone mentioned the ibis bow-ti ... from what I hear they are a unique and fun ride (have one on the list to buy soon !!) Manitou FS's are pretty cool if you get a non cracked one Yeti ARC's from back in the day - who wouldn't want one of these Early Mountain Cycles...

What retro part have you accidentally hoarded?

and so the story goes of having 9 (well 10 but really 9 cause one is useless parts now)... buy one with a cracked head tube for the look, find one with a cracked chain stay and good head tube .. one nice, one really bad... find a NOS one, find a used non cracked one, then start buying any I can...

What retro part have you accidentally hoarded?

Thanks!, I am up in British Columbia so these forks tend to pop up a fair bit. Just picked up another Syncros along with some other fun ones :)

What retro part have you accidentally hoarded?

Forks Forks and more Forks - I cant seem to stop buying them when I think they are a good deal - the collection has grown a good deal since this pic including a fair number of dual crowns (early 2000's) Maybe Manitou FS Frames too (have a couple built up not in the pic and 7 or so frames there)...
