What years were those type of blades used? Noticed that lug 'shorelines' nicely finished, smooth, no sharp edges

I know next to nothing about older frames or parts so started to look online at different lug forms, fork crowns etc..round section fork blades came up as primarily for track as you say...thank you for your help Taken headset cups out, frame weighs just over 4lbs...continuing to sand frame

Nothing on dropout.....elderly guy, owned bike for years, no other history

Started to wet and dry frame..black paint with red lead undercoat ..more no's revealed on bb Can't see any no's on dropouts

Rear dropout width appx. 118mm...brazed on outer cable stops on dt and chain stay top to enable rear mech. cable route across top of bb shell

Serial on bottom of bb....appears to be SJ42SB4, first couple digits tricky to see...now stripped frame, weighs 4.25lbs, 56cm st c-c, 58cm tt c-c, fork has stamped nos. 803090 + 135

Unused for years, 531 f+f, 27.2mm seatpost, forks round in section, unusual scalloping on seat stay caps Will strip and see how far gone frame is.. Any ideas on year?

Thanks, it is nicely made, 'smooth welds' apart from bb area...aware of potential issues around carbon/alu bond...but if it's survived deepest Pompey... Would you be able to find out where it was made from Pete?

Picked up recently... Reynolds 500, Exage group...came apart easily, remarkably good cond.

Picked this up..pulled apart, seized post, sorted easily...nice frame, multi shaped tubing, 3.2lbs...weighs 18.5lbs now

Fellow bike club member built this up...carbon tubes sanded and refinished... lugs and forks polished...
