Re: It’s surprisingly difficult to find an environment that captures the look of this bike in an authentic way. I’d love to have some glamour studio shots of it but until then, this’ll have to do!

Thought I’d post a picture of the trio before the Mountain Klein goes off with its new owner to Australia! Interesting to see the development of the frames between 1987 and 1992 which I consider to be the pinnacle (excuse the pun) of the brand’s history. ‘87 Mountain Klein in Aurora, ‘90...

Re: Time to cable up. Thought I’d go with green as black seemed a little plain and XTR grey, although lovely, wouldn’t have picked out anything else on the bike. Will it be too much? Only one way to find out!

Re: Re: Yes, I will be selling them so I’ll pm you when they arrive. The mod is tricky as you are effectively working blind. I paint marked the XTR pins and pressed them onto the mounting surface to indicate where the new holes should be. It still wasn’t exact so a couple of holes next to holes...
