It does look like it, yes! I'm voting with the majority on this one! I think it would look totally OTT. Plus Tony would probably kill me if I put anything on it that had been anywhere near a Cannondale (no offence intended to any owners on here BTW). You never were their biggest fan were you...
They should still work. They are all complete and I still have the cleats and a bag of spare bits. The only downer is I need a pair of old MTB shoes that have the LOOK 3 hole fixing for the cleats. So if anybody has some in size 42 I might just be interested........
I think I remember Damien...
Was gonna ask actually (for insurance reasons only) what you peeps think it might be worth as a complete bike (will be built with 7speed XT, Tioga revolver cranks and Bullseye / M231 wheels)...... Any ideas?
Please don't tempt me Jez - I really don't want to see her go
Not sure on the year? I've had it for about 14 years (I think). Prior to that it had been AWOL for a while after being stolen from TinTin's house. I would guess it must be from about 1990? :?
Hey TinTin - I found your old Grafton Speedtraps the other day! Remember them? Was thinking of using on the Trimble build, or I have some MK1 XT SPD's.....
.....I wish I hadn't sold those Bullseye cranks that were on it!!

:D Glad you like it. The paint job's a beauty isn't it. It was done by a guy called 'spike' (based in Banstead, Surrey) at least 13 years ago. Still looks the dogs even after all this time :)
Can't wait to get it back together......
Hey guys,
Just thought I'd share a quick pic of my Trimble that has finally come out of hiberation from the loft! It's gonna be my winter project to get it back together. I might be asking around for a few bits and pieces at some stage....
(Tony this is your old baby (frame number 222)...
Crikey Tony! I don't know what I'm more shocked by, your lack of hair or you agreeing to hear a lid! About bl**dy time. Certainly saved my life, remember Ash Vale (1992?)
Pic of your old Trimble coming up shortly BTW......
