Completely seized bottom bracket
Grind a notch for a chisel in the BB body using an angle grinder. Then hammer loose clockwise(links).- Norwegian

GT Tempest 97/98 Hi from Norway! I have the exact same bike. Interesting thread. I need to replace the drive train as the crank inner ring is worn out.
