I'd say it's not a 97 Kilauea because of the cable routing,they didn't route the rear mech cable down the seatstay but a 98 Hei Hei did. Could someone have bagged there self a king Kahuna for pennies 🤷‍♂️

It should be a Explosif looking at the seat tube bulge, it's the same as my 93 Kilauea which has the same Tange Prestige Concept frame
