The problem is, the chrome cable end is 5.7 mm in diameter and the hole in the frame in the down tube is 6.5 mm in diameter. So I need a stopper with a sleeve of some sorts, so the cable end cap won't disappear into the frame. Does that make sense at all?

I bought myself a used Klein Quantum Race frame. A really nice frame, but it is missing the dimples that makes it possible to fit the shifter cable ends in the holes in the downtube and the brake cable in the hole in the top tube. Any idea how to solve this problem? I can't seem to find...
