Hello rc200ti, I didn't want to be a Child-er-bore; but since you ask... Eleanor Joy was born 10th July 2013 an 14:30 after 3 hours of 'active' labour, and surprisingly no swearing! She weighed 3.48kg, which is 7lb 10oz. 10 out of 10 on the Apgar test. Clever girl. Both Sara and Eleanor are...

It's all lies. It never happened. Definitely not broken my wrist, or gashed my knee. The alleged incident is rumored to have occurred on the berm (normal route, at the bottom of Cademan) just before the log jump 'of certain doom'. If someone were to have had far too much speed entering the...

Out on the P7 tonight. Just in case you're getting bored of ripping through the trees; on offer tonight is our regular lovely twisty technical route, or a longer flatter less technical Swannington route that starts and ends in the woods. A tour that theads through the senic heart of the...

The woods were rolling well last Friday :D Suprisingly dry. The only exception being the Peter Rabbit climb which is soft going, but rideable. The fallen trees have been cleared from the board walks too. Good ride on Sunday. Some tough hills.

Really enjoyed the ride tonight. John was lucky to escape the puncture trolls. The packs of wild dogs were quite motivating.
