    shimano alfine hub advice

Re: We have 2 Alfine 11 equipped bikes... I really like using mine. I was brought up on Sturmey 3 speeds and have always treated internal gears with kid-gloves, so mine don't get hammered - I find mine stay in tune for ages, the trigger shift system is quick and efficient and I'm a fan of the...

    Dave Lloyd for Sale

First of all, you come telling us you have no idea of it's worth, but you're now convinced it's worth all of the 1500 hard-earned pounds that someone has 'valued' it at. You've yet to give specific information - frame size, proper equipment specs and decent, close-up photos... Dave Lloyd bikes...

    Dave Lloyd Fans

Hi Ritchie, You won't know me, but I was one of the photographers who used to photograph Dave's bikes - from a studio in Neston, Wirral. Dave's workshop was on the same estate. I remember photographing the Beez Neez, Cats Wiskas and many of his road bikes - shot mainly in the studio, for...

    Harry Quinn. In Liverpool.

This is mine. It is a lovely frame and quite unique in the fact I have a photo of Harry standing with it. The Q number is on both the frame and the forks. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 1021568760

    Harry Quinn?

I own a Liverpool made Quinn, and have seen enough Liverpool frames to know that he'd not use bridges like those in your photos. As per Old Ned, it could be one of the later Clements frames. Can you post up the pre-respray photo?

    Nice feature on the BBC

Agreed. I went to Bespoked Bristol. I'd never heard of Swallow beforehand but their bikes proved to be my favourites on display, great folk to talk to as well.

Orange P7 frame, forks etc - Liverpool

My auction, this and other items - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300875793710? ... 1555.l2649 Owned by me for about 5 years, used mainly for toe-path & urban rides rides. An (almost) mint nickel frame means it is now surplus to requirements. Thanks for looking.
