Mangalloy (HLE) was together with Cromoly (CMO) a type of steel that Peugeot used for there low budget frames around 91/92. The more expensive frames of that period where made of Reynolds 531 steel. Is there a sticker on the bottembracket. Maybe it has a VTT number? Nice frame anyway!
