After using this bike for a year, the time has come to pass it on to someone else. If I was keeping the bike, I'd treat it to a full repaint and highlight the beautiful lugs. The paint is pretty tired as the last owner painted it with a rattle can and dressed it up as a Cannondale... there...

Hi folks, someone has suggested it might be an italian frame due to the BB? And Cinelli used 4 digit serial numbers... Would a Cinelli have mudguard mounts though? I removed the fork and found the numbers 12092 on the steerer tube and overspray of red...
