    More details... Stickers say "Made in Taiwan" and "Designed in the USA" but lookin at the Shogun Oz website looks to be the same firm if the logos anything to go by anyway!

    Saddle straightened - not sure why this was at this angle, it wasn't deliberate! :) Handlebars raised rather than seat lowered, so we'll see if that is more comfortable. Thanks for advice!

    Have you got a vice? Attached to a really solid bench? I had similar problems and after blowtorches and penetrating oil had failed miserably I resorted to dismantling the pedal down to the spindle so it could be held firmly in the vice before applying brute force to the crank arm! I couldn't...
