In here? Cut the inner, and remove it, then tap the ferrule out , using a small drift,with the outer still attached. Or take the outer out of the ferrule and then get some mole grips and twist the ferrule out.

Looking for a 26” Mavic front rim brake wheel. Type of hub not important, but needs to be a CD colour and silver spokes. I need some thing to match my D521 rear, but it would appear these rims are hard to find these days. So anything similar will be ok. Thanks in advance
