@fguki has his head and his tube mixed up! The head is alloy which is painted and the tube is steel (technically also an alloy but let's not go there...) which is oxide coated. I'd be interested to see results of cold blueing.

The bolt will unscrew but the spider is peened on which makes it all but impossible to remove without a degree of force that would terminally damage the crank itself. I'm sure it has been done before but I think the consensus in other threads is don't bother.
