.. Banesto Pinarello Oria ML34 - here it is...

I am a fan of the grammo too, and have an 'art' grammo stem on my Stephen Roche steel bike. The spec of the Pinarello Banesto team frame when sold as a complete bike in 1993 was a Cinelli XA.

.. Banesto Pinarello Oria ML34 - here it is...

Stems: The ITM Krystal Titanium Stem (pictured) is another good option, though I fitted one from Litespeed which I had at the time. I did consider building up my Oria ML34 Pinarello Banesto NOS frame as a Miguel-Indurain look-a-like, but in the end I opted to go a different route, "modern"...

    Any Stephen Roche fans ?

Good news on the Roche fork: sufficient steerer to fit a threaded headset and sufficient threading. Confirmed that the BB is Italian threaded too. The Tommasini has spacers so that the steerer tube didnt need cutting. This is how it came to me. A few purists wanted to see it kitted out...

Roche Frame Ive posted the details on a couple of forums as of yesterday for help. Taking great care on the bike stand (minimal pressure!). I did as much research as I could on it before buying: there's no info on Stephen Roche Bikes before 2000 (I found archived webpages of Stephen Roches...

Eclypse Stem Thanks for your reply: Are you are sure its Titanium? The ones I have seen listed on Ebay are "Titanium finish" i.e. not titanium but CroMo. See link http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/itm-eclypse-racin ... 1e5faefc89

Help with Stephen Roche Frame: Columbus EL OS but ovalized?

Recently bought this frame and fork from France and would be interested to learn more about it. Which manufacturer built it since I'm led to believe "Stephen Roche" didn't make their own bikes? Spec as follows: Columbus EL OS Frame branded Stephen Roche (plus "Cork" on seat tube) but with...

    SOLD: Tommasini Tecno EL-OS frameset - 1994 - 55cm c-t :SOLD

    Frame size You're quite right it's a 57 c to t versus the seller's frame which is a 55 c to t. I usually ride a 55 c to t on a Pinarello and a Trek, but I still find this larger framed Tommasini a comfortable ride.
